Bay West purchased a 43-acre marina with approximately 250,000 SF of office and industrial building, 531 boat slips, and 738 RV/open boat storage bays on Alameda Island. The project consists of approximately 26-acres of fee simple interest and 17-areas of lease-hold interest which is under a long term lease with the City of Alameda. Bay West is in the process of developing a master plan with the City of Alameda which will change the zoning to mixed-use for the purpose of adding residential, office, and retail to the site.
